SAFETY
C.A. Lindman's first priority is safety. Our Safety Program always meets and often exceeds OSHA standards and requirements. Our safety officers are actively involved in every project, and we require annual training certification for all supervisors. Our supervisors undergo a minimum of 40 hours per year of safety training and meetings.
It is got to be done right, and it's got to be done as quickly as possible, with the least amount of disruption to tenants or residents. Having the right access equipment, tools and properly-trained repair technicians is critical. So is the safety of tenants, residents and workers.
